1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pkrspn platform at pkrspn.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "pkrspn," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "Player") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. Continued use of the pkrspn platform following any updates to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the pkrspn platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. pkrspn reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended without prior notice.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pkrspn platform is operated and marketed primarily for players based in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkrspn makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.

2.3 Account Limits

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the pkrspn platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. pkrspn reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings at its sole discretion.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must maintain that information in an up-to-date state throughout the duration of your account. pkrspn reserves the right to verify any information you provide at registration or at any subsequent point. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrspn account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify pkrspn immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. pkrspn shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All pkrspn accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once selected at registration, account currency cannot be changed. All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and processed exclusively in PKR.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkrspn reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any such fee being applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkrspn currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrspn reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the pkrspn platform is Rs 500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment provider limits may apply.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified pkrspn accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider. pkrspn does not impose fees on standard withdrawal transactions, though third-party payment provider charges may apply.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification Requirements

All withdrawals from pkrspn accounts are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC identity verification process. pkrspn further reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to pkrspn constitutes a breach of these Terms. pkrspn reserves the right to immediately suspend the account of any Player who initiates an unwarranted chargeback and to pursue recovery of any funds obtained through such action by all available legal means.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pkrspn are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a pkrspn account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly within the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pkrspn reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to responsible gaming restrictions may be excluded from bonus offers. Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate pkrspn bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of automated software to complete wagering requirements, or the systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to convert bonus funds — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkrspn reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games available on the pkrspn platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers using real dealers in controlled studio environments. pkrspn does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event. pkrspn reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error has occurred in the display of odds or market information.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, pkrspn's decision regarding the outcome of affected bets shall be final and binding. pkrspn shall not be liable for losses sustained as a result of technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrspn platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in connection with criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the pkrspn platform;
• Making fraudulent deposit or withdrawal claims, including initiating unwarranted chargebacks;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Engaging in any conduct that pkrspn reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity or operation of the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available at no cost and accessible at any time from within the account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pkrspn platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of pkrspn. Unauthorised use of pkrspn intellectual property constitutes an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrspn, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pkrspn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pkrspn's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The pkrspn platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrspn makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.

11 Termination & Suspension

pkrspn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in its reasonable judgement, there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited where the breach involves fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the Player's own request — any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their pkrspn account may do so at any time by submitting a written request to the pkrspn support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days of receipt.

12 Amendments to Terms

pkrspn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkrspn will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or prominent on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkrspn platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11 above.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrspn holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pkrspn's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by the relevant licensing authority.
